6. Monday is the Lead Generation Workshop. This is recurring every Monday for life, the topics change weekly.
7. Tuesday is Online Brand Positioning/SEO. This is an onboarding session and is the same every Tuesday. Attend it until you have it working well.
8. Wednesday is The Conversion Workshop! This is recurring every Wednesday for life and the topics change weekly.
9. Thursday is The Financial Model. This is an onboarding session as is the same very Thursday. Attend it until you have it working well.
10. Friday is the Advanced Agent Workshop! This is recurring every Friday for life and the topics change weekly.

FAQ

Can I give the YHSGR System to the agents at my brokerage?

YES! It’s your YHSGR license, you get everything for you and your brokerage. We will train YOU and YOUR agents! Agents at your brokerage can even get a one on one coach too. You control all the permissions to all the systems licensed to you as a YHSGR Broker Owner. This is covered on Launch Day.

What happens if I can’t make it to Orientation?

Orientation is a mandate. We can’t change the times or days. If you miss the first one, hit the second one. It makes no sense to attend anything else if you don’t have access to and know how to access everything you have.

Can I do the Onboarding before Orientation or Launch Day?

No. If you did, you will be somewhat lost and overwhelmed. Even if you have sold 10,000 homes, you haven’t used our system to do it. The system starts with increase of income per transaction and the financial model to solve any capitalization issues.

I have sold thousands of homes and made millions, what happens if I don’t want a one on one coach?

We used to be more flexible on this, and it led to too much failure or longer times getting things done well. Those who refuse to work with a coach 100% of the time make less money over those who do.

What if I don’t like my coach?

It’s possible, not probable, that there would be a personality conflict, but if so go to YHSGRSupport.com and make a request.

Do I have to show up to the Onboarding or Coaching sessions?

You don’t have to do anything. But we will come hunt you and your peeps down. Its in your best interest to do two things… one attend. Two, give feedback on the follow up surveys. Together we can change the world!

Do I have to use the YHSGR Buyer and Seller Agreements?

Its your brokerage, you can do as you want. If you were an agent at TWs brokerage you would have no option but to use the YHSGR Brokerage Engagement Forms. The NAR forms increase law suits, decrease income per sale, and decrease repeat, referral and 5 star reviews. FACT… once you have something to compare that too. Moreover, your company would take a valuation hit at time of roll up if you are not following the system. Bottom line, those who use the NAR forms make less money than those who use the YHSGR forms.

Do I have to use the YHSGR CRM?

Its your brokerage, you can do what you want. We do guarantee that the YHSGR Lead Gen Site and CRM are #1 in Real Estate, if anyone can show better we will donate $10,000 to the charity of their choice. Moreover, at the time of a roll up/IPO, brokerages NOT following the system will take a hit on their valuation. 100% of the YHSGRs that use the YHSGR CRM earn more per transaction than those who don’t.

Do I have to be a part of the YHSGR Roll Up/IPO?

No you do not.

Can I continue to own and operate my current brokerage and build a YHSGR on the side?

Sure, just don’t complain when someone else in your market gets a license who isn’t doing that. Or, your license is not approved for renewal due to lack of attention. There is a place where they can ride two horses and do it really, really well… the circus. All funnies aside, we have 0 success so far with anyone doing that. Better to create a plan for integration. We help you do that.

Can I charge whatever fee I want to agents?

Yes of course, its your brokerage. Agent pay plans do factor in to a good or not so good financial model. Remember the operative number is 30% net income, $1 Million Net on $3 Million of gross, without you selling real estate. This typically gets wrecked by the Broker/Owner blowing up their cost of sales. The agent pay plans we have outlined are in alignment with the financial model. With all that, its NOT a good business practice to change things like a pay plan with existing people, apply it to new ones coming in.

Can I set whatever fee I want with buyers and sellers?

Yes you can, its your brokerage. Same as above though, you should work on increasing the amount of money you make per sale, which in turn makes your business more valuable. The YHSGR Agreements have suggested fee structures. Its important that we maintain our standard of the highest income earners per transaction as a percentage of sale. That is how you attract and keep Great Talent, and make big time profits.

What do I do if I have someone who I believe would be a good fit to own their own YHSGR Brokerage?

Refer them to us. You talk to them, give them your experiences, contact us with your referral. We will take it from there and pay you $5,000 when they pay us! Here’s the link: referral.yhsgr.com

Can I expect to increase my income at the same pace as others if I don’t follow or implement the YHSGR System?

Of course not. Work at your own pace with your own vision guiding you. The more you follow our system the better your business will get. We can only guarantee our system. We cant guarantee someone else’s or partial implementation. Commit, go all in. it has worked for everyone so far who has.
